Speakers Bios:
- Joseph Carlamere is with the environmental consulting company TRC Energy Solutions. He is currently involved with the design and development of the sector initiative of New Jersey's Clean Energy Program as part of the team developing programmatic strategies that resonate to the following sectors: industrial, institutional, multi-family, higher education and hospitality.
He also manages the Local Government Energy Audit Program for the NJOCE and the BPU. - Vincent J. Mangini is a Shareholder at Stark & Stark and a member of its Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use group, where he concentrates his practice in the area of land use, redevelopment, green building, and commercial real estate transactions, such as office and retail leases, construction contracts and architectural services agreements. Mr. Mangini also litigates disputes over land use approvals and redevelopment area designations.
Mr. Mangini holds a BA from the Catholic University of America, a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a JD from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law.
